I’m Mohammed Omer Shaik, an AI product manager and builder. I research the workflow, decide what belongs in the first release, write the product logic, and build a working product with modern AI tools. My work spans contractor procurement, investment decisions, property records, research agents, and crypto intelligence.

SANAD
I built SANAD for a founder in my network, who is preparing it for launch. The product covers contractor discovery, verified profiles, owner procurement, comparable bids, qualification workflows, messaging, and milestone tracking. Its English and Arabic interfaces register all 246 specified states; external services sit behind replaceable adapters for production integration.
LaserEyedBen
A crypto-intelligence agent that combined roughly sixteen market, on-chain, and social sources with GPT-4, RAG, and event-driven workflows. It ran publicly and is now paused.
Conviction
Were you right, or were you lucky? A decision-quality journal for thesis-driven investors — entries refuse to save without a falsifier, reality checks run against price daily, and a Process Score grades your reasoning while staying blind to returns. Immutable, timestamped, on record.
Room
A two-part answer to Canada’s hardest everyday money question — TFSA, RRSP, or FHSA? An explainable contribution optimizer built on 2026 CRA limits, plus an AI scanner that reads contribution room straight off a Notice of Assessment, with confidence scores and human-in-the-loop review.
Lorenth
A research-intelligence platform that turns a question into a structured, sourced report — plan, gather (Perplexity + live data), synthesize with Claude, export to doc, deck or PDF. FastAPI + React. Taken from PRD v1 through v2.1.
Palate
An MCP server in development that gives AI coding tools a structured design vocabulary, so generated sites can work from a named visual direction instead of a generic default.
Restaurantpeer
An MVP slice for restaurant market and peer analysis, turning operator questions into structured comparisons and decision support.
PropertyLedger
Trust infrastructure for real estate — a 47-point title/legal audit produces a 0–1000 Trust Score and tamper-proof, on-chain-verifiable certificates. Architected to stay valid as land records move on-chain.
PARCEL
Turns official Dubai Land Department and RERA data into developer trust scores and project intelligence — Next.js + Python pipelines, with an honest line between verified data and what needs B2B access.

The method, not the market
I’m an AI product manager who builds. I move from a one-line idea to a PRD, to an architecture, to something you can actually click — assembled with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Gemini) and a working command of Python. My edge isn’t hand-writing production code; it’s compressing the distance between an idea and a working product.
The range is deliberate. I’ve shipped a crypto-intelligence agent, an open-source developer tool, an AI research generator, a marketing automation pipeline, and property-trust infrastructure. The common thread isn’t an industry — it’s taking a messy real-world problem, designing the product, and getting a working version into people’s hands fast.
I also operate in the real world: I co-founded Orion Builders & Developers, a real-estate company where I build the internal AI tools and dashboards the business runs on — and where the property-domain depth directly powers my PropTech products, PropertyLedger and PARCEL. That blend — real domain context plus shipping AI products — is what I’d bring to an AI product role, in product management or solutions engineering.
